About the Role

OPPO Nigeria is looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Accounting Assistant to support our finance team. This role is ideal for someone with a foundational background in finance or accounting, who is organized, proactive, and eager to grow in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in managing daily accounting tasks and financial entries

• Support invoice processing, payment tracking, and expense reconciliation

• Maintain accurate financial records and assist with monthly reporting

• Utilize accounting software, preferably QuickBooks, for data entry and record keeping

• Collaborate with senior accountants and other departments as needed

• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal procedures

Requirements

• Minimum of National Diploma (ND) in Accounting, Finance, or a related field

• 1–2 years of relevant work experience in accounting or finance roles

• Strong work ethic—serious, responsible, and reliable

• Experience with QuickBooks is a strong advantage

• Candidates with professional accounting certifications will be preferred

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, etc.)
