About the Role
Craneburg Construction Company is looking for a skilled and experienced Structural Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in designing, planning, and overseeing structural projects, ensuring safety, efficiency, and compliance with industry standards and regulations.
Key Responsibilities

Develop structural analysis, calculations, and detailed designs for projects

Collaborate with project teams to ensure structural integrity and compliance with plans

Interpret construction drawings, specifications, and regulations

Use engineering software to model, analyze, and simulate structural systems
-
Ensure project timelines, budgets, and materials are managed efficiently

Conduct site inspections and resolve technical issues during construction phases
Requirements
-
HND or B.Sc in Civil/Structural Engineering
-
4–7 years of relevant work experience in construction
-
Strong understanding of construction materials, processes, budgeting, and regulations
-
Proficient in MS Office, AutoCAD, Microsoft Project, etc.

Advanced knowledge of ETABS and SAFE software

High creativity and attention to detail in structural design and planning

Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
