About the Role
Teal Harmony Nigeria Limited is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Quantity Surveyor to join our dynamic team. This role is ideal for someone with a background in interior design or construction who thrives in both office and on-site environments.
As a Quantity Surveyor, you will be responsible for cost estimation, budget control, and ensuring that projects are delivered on time and within budget—without compromising quality.
Key Responsibilities

Prepare accurate cost estimates and budgets for interior design and construction projects

Conduct on-site assessments and take-offs for materials and labor
-
Monitor project expenditures and manage cost control measures

Liaise with contractors, vendors, and other project stakeholders

Analyze drawings, specifications, and tender documents

Use quantity surveying software such as CostX, Bluebeam, or similar
-
Ensure compliance with legal and quality standards
Requirements
-
Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field
-
3–7 years of experience, preferably within an interior design firm

Strong fieldwork experience and ability to work on-site regularly
-
Proficiency in industry-standard QS software
-
Excellent analytical skills, accuracy, and attention to detail

Strong communication and reporting skills
