About the Role
Redswitch Collections is seeking an experienced and proactive HR Generalist to join our team in Lekki. This role requires a well-rounded HR professional with a strong grasp of HR operations, employee relations, recruitment, and compliance with labor laws.
We’re looking for someone who can hit the ground running and is ready to resume immediately.
Key Responsibilities

Handle the end-to-end recruitment process and onboarding of new hires

Manage HR policies, procedures, and employee relations

Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation

Ensure compliance with labor laws and HR best practices

Support performance management and training initiatives

Coordinate staff welfare and engagement programs

Advise on HR-related issues and support strategic HR planning
Requirements
-
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field

Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar HR Generalist role

Strong understanding of Nigerian labor laws and HR practices

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills

Highly organized with attention to detail

HR certifications such as CIPM, PHRI, or equivalent are a strong advantage

Must be available for immediate resumption
