SSUES registration guidelines for 2025/2026 Fresh Students; Shehu Shagari University of Education, Sokoto (SSUES) has officially released the guidelines for Acceptance, Screening, and Confirmation of Admission for all newly admitted students for the 2025/2026 academic session. Candidates are required to follow the step-by-step procedure on the University Students Portal to complete their admission confirmation.
Steps for Acceptance, Screening & Confirmation
- Visit the University Students Portal at portal.ssues.edu.ng.
- Click on “Check Admission Status” on the left-hand side of the page.
- Enter your JAMB Registration Number and click “Check Admission.”
- If successfully admitted, click “View Invoice.”
- Your Acceptance & Screening Invoice will be displayed. Click “Click Here to Pay Online” to proceed.
- Choose either Card Payment or Bank Transfer to complete the payment, then print the payment invoice.
- After payment, return to the portal and log in using your JAMB Registration Number as both username and password.
- Update all required information including Bio-data, Next of Kin, O-Level details, and upload a passport photograph and signature.
- Print two copies each of the Bio-data form and evidence of payment for Acceptance and Screening.
- Proceed to the designated venue for Confirmation of Admission.
Documents Required for Confirmation
Candidates must present originals and photocopies of the following at the confirmation venue:
- Primary School Certificate
- O’Level or A’Level Results
- Birth Certificate/Declaration of Age
- Indigene Certificate
- Any other relevant documents
- JAMB Admission Letter (both Candidate Copy and Institutional Copy)
- Passport Photographs
