UCH Ibadan School of Occupational Health Nursing Admission Form for 2026/2027 Academic Session; The University College Hospital (UCH), Ibadan, has invited applications from suitably qualified candidates for admission into its School of Occupational Health Nursing for the 2026/2027 academic session.

The school is offering a Post Basic Occupational Health Nursing programme on a full-time basis for registered nurses who meet the required professional and academic qualifications. Admission will be based on candidates’ performance in both a written examination and an oral interview.

UCH School of Occupational Health Nursing Programme

The available programme is the Post Basic Occupational Health Nursing course at the School of Occupational Health Nursing, University College Hospital, Ibadan.

The programme is offered on a full-time basis, and all applicants will undergo a written examination and oral interview before admission decisions are made.

Who Can Apply?

Professional Qualification

  • Be a Registered Nurse (RN).
  • Possess a current practising licence issued by the Nursing and Midwifery Council of Nigeria (NMCN).

O’Level Requirements

Applicants must possess at least five O’Level credit passes obtained in not more than two sittings.

Compulsory O’Level Subjects

  • Physics
  • Chemistry
  • Biology

Applicants who do not have credit passes in all five subjects will not meet the admission requirements.

The application fee is ₦25,000.

How to Apply for UCH Occupational Health Nursing Admission

Applicants are expected to complete the application process by following the steps below.

Step 1: Pay the ₦25,000 Application Fee

Visit the UCH Schools Application Portal and pay the application fee of ₦25,000 through the Remita Payment Platform.

Payment details are:

  • Payee: University College Hospital, Ibadan
  • Account: TSA Account
  • School: School of Occupational Health Nursing
  • Amount: ₦25,000

Ensure that the correct school and payment purpose are selected during the Remita transaction.

Step 2: Convert the Remita Slip to an Official UCH Receipt

After making payment, take the Remita payment slip to the UCH Accounts Department.

The Remita slip will be converted into an official UCH receipt, which should be kept safely as part of the admission documents.

Step 3: Download the Applicant User Guide

Applicants should download the Applicant User Guide from the UCH application portal.

The guide contains instructions that will help candidates complete and submit the online application successfully.

Step 4: Complete the Online Application

Fill in all required personal, academic and professional information on the application portal.

Before submitting the form, carefully review every detail to ensure the information provided is correct.

Step 5: Print the Application Form and Photocard

After submitting the application online, print:

  • Two copies of the completed application form
  • Two copies of the Photocard

These documents will be required for authentication.

Step 6: Submit the Printed Documents for Authentication

Take the printed application forms and Photocards to the School of Occupational Health Nursing for authentication.

Step 7: Pay the Separate ₦200 Committee Fee
