JABU Announces 20th Anniversary and 17th Convocation Ceremony; The Joseph Ayo Babalola University (JABU), Ikeji Arakeji, Osun State, has announced plans for its 20th Anniversary and 17th Convocation Ceremony.
The Vice-Chancellor of the university, Professor Olasebikan Alade Fakolujo, has invited the general public to participate in the activities marking the double celebration.
The anniversary and convocation programme will feature a series of academic, social, religious and institutional activities, culminating in the grand finale on Friday, 23 October 2026.
JABU 20th Anniversary and 17th Convocation Grand Finale
The grand finale of the celebration will take place on Friday, 23 October 2026, at the Oba Oladele Olashore Auditorium.
The ceremony will begin at 10:00 am prompt and will feature the conferment of honorary degrees, as well as the award of higher degrees and first degrees to graduating students.

JABU 20th Anniversary Celebration
The 20th anniversary and 17th convocation represent a double celebration for Joseph Ayo Babalola University.
The anniversary marks two decades of the university’s existence, while the convocation will conclude with the graduation and conferment of degrees on the latest set of degree recipients.
The series of events will bring together members of the university community, alumni, students, staff, invited guests and members of the general public to mark the university’s 20-year milestone and celebrate its latest graduating class.
