The Station Supervisor is responsible for supporting the outlet manager in coordinating the daily operations of the station. The role requires maintaining accurate cash control, supervising station attendants, managing stock levels, and ensuring compliance with operational procedures.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist the outlet manager in daily station operations.

• Assign, schedule, and monitor the activities of station attendants.

• Conduct daily safety drills for station personnel.

• Supervise daily product discharge and ensure adherence to discharge operation procedures.

• Maintain inventory control of materials and products.

• Implement accurate cash control policies, including timely cash evacuation from attendants.

• Prepare daily opening and closing stock reports.

• Support the manager in achieving sales targets and operational goals.

• Address and resolve customer queries professionally.

Requirements

• A minimum of a BA/BSc/HND in a relevant field.

• Previous experience in retail, logistics, fuel station operations, or a similar environment is an added advantage.

• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.

• Ability to work under pressure and manage a team effectively.
