Engineering Graduate Trainee – 2025 Cohort

This full-time programme is structured to provide technical training, departmental rotations, and mentorship. Trainees will work closely with experienced professionals and gain exposure to real-world challenges in manufacturing and operations.

Eligibility Criteria

We are seeking ambitious, qualified candidates who meet the following requirements:

• Educational Qualification

  • HND, B.Eng, or B.Tech in any of the following disciplines:

    • Mechanical Engineering

    • Electrical Engineering

    • Chemical Engineering

    • Mechatronics Engineering

• Minimum Academic Requirement

  • Lower Credit for HND holders or Second Class Lower for university graduates

• Additional Requirements

  • NYSC Certificate is required

  • Basic knowledge of AutoCAD (academic experience is acceptable)

  • Must be 27 years old or younger

  • Willingness to work in any of our plant locations across Nigeria
