About the Role
Brands Optimal Limited is seeking a highly skilled and visionary Creative Manager to lead our creative strategy and execution across multiple platforms. The successful candidate will bring a strong foundation in event production, architecture, marketing, or digital media and demonstrate exceptional expertise in design and 3D software.
Key Responsibilities

Direct and manage creative projects from concept through completion.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate marketing objectives into clear creative strategies.

Oversee the development of all creative materials and ensure alignment with brand standards.

Guide and inspire a team of designers and creative professionals.
Qualifications & Requirements

Education:
Bachelor’s Degree in Advertising, Marketing, Fine Arts, or a related field (minimum 2:1). -
Certifications:
Professional certifications in creative design or project management are a plus. -
Experience:
At least 5 years of experience in a creative management role, preferably within event production, architecture, marketing, or digital media. -
Technical Proficiency:
Advanced skills in 3D and creative software such as Blender, Maya, Adobe Premiere Pro, or similar tools. -
Creative Portfolio:
A strong portfolio demonstrating high-quality work and the ability to deliver measurable results.
