Role Overview:
Eleon Talent Partners is seeking an experienced Corporate Lawyer to join its legal team. The ideal candidate will possess strong corporate and commercial law expertise and provide strategic legal guidance across various business transactions.
Requirements:

Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) from a recognized university

Barrister at Law (B.L.) from the Nigerian Law School

LL.M. or additional certifications is a plus
-
5–7 years post-call experience in corporate/commercial law within a reputable law firm

Active membership with the Nigerian Bar Association (NBA)
Key Skills:

Strong knowledge of corporate governance, contracts, compliance, and regulatory frameworks

Excellent legal drafting, negotiation, and advisory skills

Ability to manage multiple legal tasks and deadlines effectively

Strong communication and interpersonal skills
