
DELSU JUPEB Admission Form 2026/2027; Delta State University has started the sale of forms for its JUPEB Foundation Studies programme for the 2026/2027 academic session.
The programme, run in partnership with the Joint Universities Preliminary Examination Board (JUPEB), gives candidates a direct pathway into 200 level admission at DELSU and other JUPEB-affiliated universities through JAMB Direct Entry.
Candidates who successfully complete the programme and pass the JUPEB examination can apply for admission into degree programmes in fields such as Medicine, Law, Engineering, Sciences, Arts, Education, Pharmacy, Social Sciences and Management Sciences.
What DELSU JUPEB Programme Offers
The DELSU JUPEB Foundation Studies programme runs for one academic session divided into two semesters.
Students admitted into the programme will stay in the university halls of residence at Site II, Abraka, while lectures and academic activities will take place physically at the JUPEB Study Centre of the university.
Lecture hours run from 8am to 4pm from Monday to Friday.

DELSU JUPEB Admission Requirements 2026/2027
Applicants must have at least five O’Level credit passes in relevant subjects.
The credits must include English Language and Mathematics and must be obtained in not more than two sittings from WAEC, NECO, GCE or NABTEB.
Candidates applying for the following professional courses must have all five credits in one sitting:
- Medicine and Surgery
- Dentistry
- Nursing
- Medical Laboratory Science
- Pharmacy
Applicants are advised to choose subject combinations that align with their intended university course.
DELSU JUPEB Application Dates
The DELSU JUPEB admission process follows the schedule below:
- Application opens: Monday, 18 May 2026
- Application closes: Monday, 31 August 2026
Candidates are advised to complete their registration before the closing date to avoid portal delays or payment issues.
DELSU JUPEB Application Fee
The application fee for the DELSU JUPEB programme is ₦20,000 only.
Candidates are required to generate a virtual PIN through the DELSU portal before proceeding to payment.

Applicants can make payment at any of the following banks:
- Unity Bank
- UBA
- Zenith Bank
- Fidelity Bank
Candidates should ensure that names and details entered during payment match the information used for registration. DELSU stated clearly that errors in personal details will not be entertained.
How to Generate DELSU JUPEB Virtual PIN
Candidates should follow these steps to generate the payment PIN:
- Visit the DELSU portal.
- Click “Online Application”.
- Click “Start”.
- Select “JUPEB”.
- Click “Start” again.
- Fill in the required information.
- Generate the virtual PIN.
- Print the generated PIN.
- Proceed to any approved bank to make payment.
After payment, candidates should return to complete the application form online.
How to Complete DELSU JUPEB Application Form
Applicants should complete the registration through the DELSU JUPEB application portal.
The application must include:
- A valid email address
- Active phone number
- Recent passport photograph with red background
The passport photograph must:
- Be scanned
- Be less than three months old
- Not be taken with a webcam
After filling the form, candidates should submit the application and print the examination schedule.
Important Notes for DELSU JUPEB Applicants
Applicants should fill in their bio-data carefully during registration.
According to DELSU, complaints about incorrect bio-data after submission will not be accepted. Candidates who upload wrong information risk disqualification and loss of the application fee.
The university also stated that:
- Only coloured printouts will be accepted
- Candidates should print at least four copies of the completed registration form
- Passport photographs on the printout must appear in colour
- Subject combinations must match the intended degree programme
