TASU Post UTME/DE Form 2026/2027. Taraba State University (TASU), Jalingo, has commenced its Post UTME and Direct Entry (DE) screening exercise for the 2026/2027 academic session.
The online screening exercise will run from 24 July to 23 September 2026. Only candidates who selected TASU as their first-choice university are eligible to participate.
UTME candidates must score at least 150, although some programmes require higher scores. Direct Entry applicants must have at least a Lower Credit in a relevant Diploma, NCE or IJMB qualification.

How to Apply for TASU Post UTME/DE Form
Eligible candidates should complete the screening registration through the Taraba State University online registration portal.
Follow these steps:
- Visit the TASU online registration portal.
- Create an applicant account.
- Complete all required sections of the online application form.

Who Is Eligible for TASU Post UTME?
UTME candidates must satisfy all the stated admission conditions before registering for the screening exercise.
An eligible candidate must:
- Select Taraba State University, Jalingo, as the first-choice university.
- Score at least 150 in the 2026 UTME.
- Obtain five relevant O’Level credit passes.
- Have credit passes in English Language and Mathematics.
- Obtain the required O’Level credits in no more than two sittings.
- Meet the higher UTME score required for the selected programme, where applicable.
Although 150 is the general minimum for many programmes, some courses have higher cut-off marks. Candidates should therefore check the requirement for their chosen course before applying.
Who Is Eligible for TASU Direct Entry?
Direct Entry candidates must also have selected Taraba State University as their first-choice university and possess the required academic qualifications for their chosen programme.
Applicants must have:
- At least Lower Credit in a relevant Diploma, NCE or IJMB qualification.
- Five relevant O’Level credit passes.
- The required O’Level credits obtained in no more than two sittings.
The Direct Entry qualification and O’Level subjects must be relevant to the programme selected by the applicant.

TASU Screening Payment
Payment is made online after the application form and required credentials have been submitted.
The portal accepts:

The supplied admission notice requires candidates to make an online payment but does not state the amount of the screening fee.
