How to Complete ABU Post-UTME Registration
Candidates who have not completed their registration should use the official ABU Post-UTME portal:
ABU Post-UTME Registration Portal
Candidates who are registering during the second phase should complete the screening process before the 30 September 2026 deadline.
Those who previously started the registration but could not complete it because of O’Level deficiencies can also return to the portal and provide the required information.
Registration is compulsory for both UTME and Direct Entry candidates. ABU stated that candidates who fail to register for the screening exercise will not be considered for admission into any of the university’s programmes.
UTME Candidates Must Check Their O’Level Details
UTME candidates should upload clear copies of their O’Level results and carefully confirm that the grades entered during registration are correct.
This is important because ABU stated that candidates’ O’Level results will form part of the admission scores used in the admission process. Candidates should therefore review their grades and other information before submitting the screening form.
ABU First and Second Batch Aggregate Results
UTME candidates who registered and were successfully screened on or before Thursday, 10 September 2026 can check their aggregate results on the university portal.
Candidates who registered after 10 September 2026 will have their aggregate results released as part of the Second Batch in due course.
Check JAMB CAPS for O’Level Upload
Candidates should also check their JAMB CAPS or JAMB e-Facility account to confirm that their O’Level results have been successfully uploaded.
ABU warned that an admission cannot be processed through JAMB CAPS if the required O’Level result is not available on the candidate’s JAMB profile.
Candidates who have not uploaded their O’Level results to JAMB should complete the upload and ensure that the information on their JAMB profile is correct.
