FUOTUOKE Post UTME Registration for 2026/2027 Academic Session; Federal University Otuoke has announced the commencement of its Post UTME screening exercise for the 2026/2027 academic session.

The application is open to candidates who selected FUOTUOKE as their first-choice institution in the 2026 UTME, as well as candidates willing to change their institution to the university.

Interested applicants are advised to carefully review the eligibility requirements, application procedures, document upload instructions and available courses before completing the registration process.

Who Can Apply for FUOTUOKE Post UTME?

Candidates are eligible to apply if they:

  • Chose Federal University Otuoke as first-choice institution during the 2026 UTME
  • Scored a minimum of 150 in the 2026 JAMB UTME
  • Selected any of the approved programmes offered by the university

Candidates who did not initially choose FUOTUOKE can still apply if they:

  • Scored at least 150 in UTME
  • Complete a JAMB change of institution or course to Federal University Otuoke
  • Select one of the available programmes offered by the university

FUOTUOKE Post UTME Application Fee

Applicants are required to pay a non-refundable screening fee of:

₦2,000

Payment must be made online using:

  • Interswitch Verve debit card
  • Mastercard debit card

through the official university application portal.

FUOTUOKE Post UTME Application Portal

Candidates should complete their registration through the official FUOTUOKE online application portal.

Applicants are advised to read all instructions carefully before filling the form, as incorrect information may affect the admission process.

Required Documents for FUOTUOKE Online Application

Candidates are required to upload clear scanned copies of the following documents in PDF format:

  • WAEC, NECO or NABTEB O’Level result
  • Local Government Area identification letter
  • Birth certificate or age declaration
  • NIN registration slip

All uploaded documents must match the applicant’s personal details and academic records.

Special Instructions for Applicants

Applicants must provide:

  • A valid email address
  • A personal and active phone number

The university stated that it will not be responsible for failed applications caused by invalid contact information.

Candidates are also required to upload the scratch card details used to check their O’Level results.

Applicants combining two O’Level results must upload scratch card details for both results.

FUOTUOKE Post UTME Screening Date

The screening date for each candidate will appear after successful completion of the online application.

Applicants will find the information on their printed PUTME screening schedule slip.

FUOTUOKE Disqualification Notice

Federal University Otuoke warned that candidates who fail to upload their O’Level results on the Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board CAPS portal will not be considered for admission.

The university also stated that candidates who provide false information regarding:

  • UTME scores
  • O’Level grades
  • State of origin

risk disqualification from the admission process.
