- She began her career as an Assistant Faculty Officer in the Faculty of Law at UNN, where she demonstrated a strong grasp of academic administration.

- As Coordinator of the Centre for Entrepreneurship and Development Research at UNN’s Enugu Campus (UNEC), she advanced academia-industry partnerships and promoted entrepreneurship education.
