Entry Requirements

Educational Qualifications (for all applicants):
You must have five (5) credit passes in one or two sittings from the same exam body in:
- English Language
- Mathematics
- Biology
- Chemistry
- Physics
Accepted exam bodies: WAEC, NECO, GCE O-Levels
Professional Qualifications
For the 2-Year Programme:
- Diploma in Community Health + 2 years post-qualification experience, or
- CHEW Certificate + 5 years of work experience
- Must be registered with CHPRBN and have a valid practising licence
For the 1-Year Programme:
- Must be a qualified CHEW
- Must hold a First Degree in Community Health Science, Health Education, or Public Health OR an HND in Community Health
- Must have a valid practising licence
How to Apply Online
- Visit the UCH Schools Portal.
- Click on “REMITA PAYMENT”
- Pay a ₦20,000 non-refundable application fee
- Register with your RRR, email, and chosen password
- Log in to complete the application form
- Download the Applicants’ User Guide for detailed instructions
- Print two copies of your completed form and photocard
- Bring both documents to the exam venue on the scheduled day
