HND in Health Information Management – UCH Ibadan 2025/2026; The University College Hospital (UCH), Ibadan is now accepting applications for its Higher National Diploma (HND) in Health Information Management. This two-year, non-residential course is scheduled to begin in September 2025.

🎯 Eligibility Criteria

To qualify for the HND programme, you must:
- Hold a National Diploma (ND) in Health Information Management
- Have obtained at least a MERIT or PASS grade
- Possess an ND practising licence or show 3+ years of relevant work experience
- Be medically fit and not pregnant at the time of training
- Be ready to present original certificates throughout the application process
🧪 What to Expect in the Selection Process
📍 Computer-Based Test (CBT)
If your application is accepted, you’ll be invited to write a CBT that covers:
- Health Records Management
- Anatomy and Physiology
- Clinical Coding
- Biostatistics
- Computer Science
- Health Planning Management
🎙️ Oral Interview
If you pass the CBT, you’ll move on to an oral interview.

💻 How to Apply Online
Applications open Monday, 28 April 2025. To apply:
- Visit the UCH Schools Portal
- Click on REMITA PAYMENT
- Pay the ₦20,000 application fee (non-refundable)
- Register using your RRR, email, and password
- Log in and download the Applicants’ User Guide
- Complete and submit your application online
- Print two copies of your completed form and photocard
- Bring both to the exam venue on your test day
