MICOHEST Begins Online Registration for Fresh Students for 2026/2027 Academic Session; The Misau College of Health Science and Technology (MICOHEST) has announced the commencement of online registration for all newly admitted students for the 2026/2027 academic session.

The online registration exercise begins on Monday, 6 July 2026, and all fresh students are required to complete the registration process through the College’s official website and online registration portal.

Online registration for all fresh students officially starts on Monday, 6 July 2026.

Every newly admitted student is expected to complete the online registration process, make the required payment through the portal, register both first and second semester courses, and print all required registration documents after successful completion.

How to Access the MICOHEST Registration Portal

Fresh students should begin the registration process by visiting the MICOHEST official website.

To access the registration portal, students should use the following login details:

  • Username: Full Application ID (as shown on the application acknowledgement slip).
  • Default Password: 12345678.

After logging in, students must:

  • Change the default password to any eight-character password that is easy to remember.
  • Click Update to save the new password.

Step-by-Step MICOHEST Online Registration Process

Fresh students should carefully follow the steps below to complete their online registration:

  1. Visit the MICOHEST official website.
  2. Click Online Registration to access the registration portal.
  3. Enter your full Application ID from the application acknowledgement slip as your username.
  4. Enter 12345678 as your password.
  5. Click Login.
  6. Change your password to any eight-character password you can easily remember.
  7. Click Update to save the new password.
  8. When prompted, click Yes and enter your email address.
  9. Click Fees to proceed with payment.
  10. Select your preferred payment type.
  11. Complete payment using either card payment or bank transfer.
  12. Do not delay, close, or refresh the payment page once payment has started.
  13. Wait for the system to automatically reload back to your dashboard after successful payment.
  14. Click Courses from the dashboard.
  15. Register your first semester and second semester courses.
  16. Click Register.
  17. Scroll down and click Proceed to download your course registration form.
  18. Return to the dashboard.
  19. Click Fees to download your payment receipt.
  20. Print both the Course Registration Form and the Payment Receipt after completing the registration process.

Course Registration Is Mandatory

Fresh students must complete registration for both first semester and second semester courses before they can download their payment receipt.

After selecting the appropriate courses and clicking Register, students can return to the Fees section on the dashboard to download the payment receipt.

Important Payment Instruction

Students are advised not to delay, close, or refresh the payment page once the payment process has started.

According to the College, the system will automatically return to the dashboard after a successful payment. Students should therefore allow the payment process to finish completely before moving to the next stage.

Documents to Print After Registration

After successfully completing the registration process, fresh students should print the following documents:

  • Course Registration Form.
  • Payment Receipt.

The Course Registration Form becomes available after course registration, while the Payment Receipt can be downloaded from the Fees section on the student dashboard.

Payment Receipt Verification

After printing the payment receipt, students should submit it to the College Bursar for verification and official stamping.

Once the receipt has been stamped, students should submit:

  • The stamped payment receipt.
  • A copy of their admission letter.

These documents should be submitted to the Registrar’s Office.

Fresh students are required to submit the following documents to the Registrar’s Office:

  • Stamped payment receipt.
  • Copy of the admission letter.

This submission should be made only after the payment receipt has been verified and stamped by the College Bursar.
