MAU Post UTME and DE Screening Form for 2026/2027 Admission Now Available; Modibbo Adama University (MAU), Yola, has commenced registration for its 2026/2027 Post UTME and Direct Entry admission screening exercise.
The online registration portal will be open from Monday, 20 July 2026 to Monday, 31 August 2026.
The screening exercise is open to qualified UTME and Direct Entry candidates seeking admission into the university’s undergraduate programmes. UTME applicants must have scored at least 160 in the 2026 JAMB UTME and selected Modibbo Adama University as their first-choice institution before completing the registration.
MAU Post UTME Registration Period
The MAU Post UTME and Direct Entry registration portal will be open from:
- Opening Date: Monday, 20 July 2026
- Closing Date: Monday, 31 August 2026
Candidates are required to complete their registration online through the official Modibbo Adama University website or the MAU Post UTME application portal before the deadline.
Eligibility for MAU Post UTME Screening
The screening exercise is open to candidates who applied for undergraduate admission into Modibbo Adama University through the 2026 JAMB UTME or Direct Entry.
UTME Applicants
To qualify for the screening exercise, UTME candidates must:
- Have selected Modibbo Adama University, Yola as their first-choice institution.
- Score 160 or above in the 2026 JAMB UTME.
- Possess the required O’Level subjects for their chosen course.
- Present O’Level results obtained in not more than two sittings.
- Upload their SSCE results to the JAMB portal.

The university noted that candidates whose required qualifications are not uploaded to the JAMB portal may not be considered for admission.
Can Candidates Change Their First-Choice Institution to MAU?
Yes.
Candidates who initially selected another institution can change both their institution and course of study to Modibbo Adama University before registering for the screening exercise.
The change of institution and programme should be completed at any accredited JAMB CBT Centre or JAMB Office nationwide before proceeding with the MAU online registration.
MAU Post UTME Screening Fee
The Post UTME screening fee is ₦2,000, which is non-refundable.
Applicants should note that:
- Remita charges,
- Value Added Tax (VAT), and
- Other transaction charges
are separate from the ₦2,000 screening fee.
Payment can be made online using an ATM card or at any commercial bank nationwide. Candidates are not required to travel to MAU, Yola to make payment.
Applicants are advised to keep the transaction slip after payment.
How to Register for MAU Post UTME Screening
Candidates should complete the online registration by following these steps:
- Visit the official Modibbo Adama University website and click “Post-UTME” at the top right corner of the homepage.
- Open the MAU Post UTME application portal and click “Apply Here.”
- Enter your JAMB registration number for verification.
- Provide the required information, including:
- Phone number
- Active email address
- Mode of entry
- Preferred programme
- Create and confirm your password, then click “Register.”
- Open the confirmation link sent to your email address.
- Sign in through the confirmation link and continue your application.
- Click “Click to Make Payment” to generate your Remita Retrieval Reference (RRR).
- Click “Proceed to Payment” and choose your preferred payment method.
- Pay the ₦2,000 screening fee together with applicable Remita, VAT and transaction charges.
- Print and keep the payment transaction slip.
- Upload a recent passport photograph and your formal signature.
- Enter your five best relevant O’Level subjects and grades in line with the JAMB Brochure requirements for your chosen programme.
- Provide valid result-checker scratch card details for O’Level verification.
- Enter your next-of-kin details, parent or guardian information, personal information and contact address.

- Birth certificate
- Tick the attestation box to confirm that all information provided is correct.
- Click “Submit” and print your completed application slip.

Passport Photograph Requirements
Applicants must upload a recent passport photograph that meets the following specifications:
