
FUMHSK Post UTME Form for 2026/2027 Admission Now Available; The Federal University of Medical and Health Sciences, Kwale (FUMHSK), Delta State, has commenced the sale of its Post UTME application form for the 2026/2027 academic session.
Eligible candidates can apply for the screening exercise from 13 July 2026 to 7 August 2026.
The screening is open to candidates who scored at least 180 in the 2026 Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination (UTME), have changed their first-choice institution to FUMHSK, and meet the age and O’Level requirements for their preferred programmes.
The university has also released the list of available courses, eligibility requirements, application procedure, screening fees and other important admission guidelines.
FUMHSK Post UTME Registration Deadline
The online application portal will remain open from 13 July 2026 and close on 7 August 2026.
Eligible candidates are expected to complete and submit their applications through the official FUMHSK Post UTME application portal before the deadline.
The university will announce the screening date after the application exercise has ended.

Applicants will be required to select both a first-choice programme and a second-choice programme while completing the online application.
Eligibility for FUMHSK Post UTME Screening
Applications are open only to candidates who satisfy the following conditions:
- Scored 180 or above in the 2026 UTME.
- Have changed their first-choice institution to the Federal University of Medical and Health Sciences, Kwale.
Candidates who have not yet selected FUMHSK as their first-choice university must complete the change of institution through JAMB before submitting their application.
Candidates Exempted from the Post UTME Exercise
The following categories of applicants are exempt from the Post UTME screening exercise:
- Candidates with disabilities, as provided under JAMB guidelines.
- International candidates who participated in the 2026 UTME.
FUMHSK Age Requirement
Applicants must be at least 16 years old on or before 30 September 2026.
Candidates who will not attain the age of 16 by that date are not eligible to apply.
O’Level Requirements
Applicants must possess at least five credit passes in subjects relevant to their chosen course.
Accepted examination bodies include:
- WASSCE
- NECO SSCE
- NABTEB
- GCE O’Level
The number of sittings allowed depends on the faculty.
Medicine and Dentistry Applicants
Candidates applying for:
- Bachelor of Medicine, Bachelor of Surgery (M.B.B.S.)
- Bachelor of Dental Surgery (B.D.S.)
must present all five required credit passes in one sitting.
Applicants to Other Faculties
Candidates applying for programmes outside the Faculty of Medicine and Dentistry may present O’Level results obtained in not more than two sittings.
Applicants must also satisfy all other JAMB matriculation requirements.
FUMHSK Post UTME Application Fee
The application attracts the following charges:
- ₦2,000 Post UTME screening fee.
- ₦3,500 portal application charge.
The ₦2,000 screening fee does not include the portal processing charge.
All payments must be made online through Remita using the payment option provided on the university portal.
How to Apply for FUMHSK Post UTME
Candidates should complete the application online by following the steps below.
Step 1: Visit the Application Portal
Access the official FUMHSK Post UTME application portal.
Applicants will be asked to select one of the following categories:
- Nigerian UTME Candidate
- International Candidate
Choose the category that applies to you.
Step 2: Verify Your Details
Enter your JAMB registration number for verification.
Applicants should carefully check the registration number before submission, as it links the application to their JAMB record.
Step 3: Create an Application Account
Create your application account and upload a passport photograph.
The passport photograph must meet the following requirements:
- Red background.
- JPG or PNG format.
- Maximum file size of 500 KB.
Applicants who upload photographs without a red background will be disqualified.
Candidates are advised to confirm the background colour before uploading, especially if the image has been edited using a phone application or photography software.
Step 4: Pay the Required Fees
Select “Pay Now with Remita” to proceed to the Remita payment platform.
Applicants are required to pay:
- ₦2,000 screening fee.
- ₦3,500 portal application charge.
After payment, return to the application portal and continue with the registration process.
Keep your payment receipt for future reference.
Step 5: Select Your Programmes
Choose:
- Your first-choice programme.
- Your second-choice programme.
Review both selections carefully before proceeding.
Step 6: Submit Your Application
After completing all required sections, click “Submit Application.”
The portal will:
- Validate your information.
- Save your application.
- Generate the final application record.
- Assign an application number if one has not already been generated.
- Mark the application as successfully submitted.
Applicants should carefully review every detail before submission because the submitted record will contain the information provided during registration.
Step 7: Print Your Application Form
Once the application has been submitted successfully, the portal will display your application number together with a confirmation message.
Candidates should then:
- Download the completed application form in PDF format.
- Print a copy for future reference.
- Proceed to the applicant dashboard.
The printed application form should be kept together with other admission documents.
Step 8: Log in to the Applicant Dashboard
Applicants who have already created an account can log in using their registered email address and password.
Successful login will provide access to the personal applicant dashboard.
Important Checklist Before Submitting Your Application
Before submitting the application, candidates should ensure that:
- Their UTME score is 180 or above.
- FUMHSK has been selected as their first-choice institution.
- They will be at least 16 years old by 30 September 2026.
- Their O’Level results meet the sitting requirements for their chosen faculty.

When Will the FUMHSK Screening Date Be Announced?
The university will announce the date for the Post UTME screening after the application portal closes on 7 August 2026.

FUMHSK Warns Against Admission Fraud
The university has warned parents, guardians and prospective applicants to beware of fraudsters posing as admission agents or university representatives.
According to FUMHSK, no individual, company or organisation has been authorised to secure admission or collect money on behalf of the university.
Admission processing, purchase of Post UTME forms, payment of school fees and admission status checks are carried out only through:
- JAMB CAPS.
- The official FUMHSK website.
- Remita payment platform provided through the university portal.
Applicants are advised to avoid anyone promising guaranteed admission in exchange for money.
Can an Agent Secure Admission into FUMHSK?
No.
The university has clearly stated that no admission agent or third party has been authorised to process admissions or receive payments on its behalf.
Applicants should only use the official JAMB CAPS platform, the university website and the approved Remita payment channel.
