FUHSI Post UTME and Direct Entry Form for 2026/2027 Admission; The Federal University of Health Sciences, Ila-Orangun (FUHSI), has commenced registration for its Post UTME and Direct Entry screening exercise for the 2026/2027 academic session.

According to the university, the registration exercise begins on Wednesday, 1 July 2026, and all eligible candidates are expected to complete their applications through the university’s official website after carefully reading the registration guidelines provided by the institution.

Eligibility for FUHSI Post UTME 2026/2027

Candidates are eligible to apply for the FUHSI Post UTME screening if they selected the Federal University of Health Sciences, Ila-Orangun as their first-choice institution during the 2026 Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination (UTME) and obtained the minimum score required for their chosen course.

Candidates who did not initially choose FUHSI as their first-choice institution but wish to study at the university can still apply. Such candidates must first complete a Change of Institution or Change of Course on the JAMB portal before proceeding with the FUHSI Post UTME registration.

Applicants are advised to ensure that the course selected on the JAMB portal corresponds with the course they intend to apply for on the FUHSI admission portal.

Candidates whose UTME scores fall below the required cut-off mark for their preferred programme are advised to consider a suitable change of course on the JAMB portal where applicable.

Special O’Level Requirements

Candidates applying for any of the following programmes:

  • Medicine and Surgery
  • Nursing Science
  • Medical Laboratory Science
  • Doctor of Physiotherapy

must possess five relevant O’Level credit passes obtained at not more than one sitting.

This one-sitting requirement applies only to the programmes listed above. Applicants are encouraged to carefully verify their O’Level results before completing their registration.

Direct Entry Requirements

Candidates applying through Direct Entry into Medicine and Surgery or Nursing Science must possess any of the following qualifications:

  • A minimum of Second Class Upper Division in a relevant degree programme obtained from a recognised university.
  • Satisfactory A’Level points from recognised examination bodies.

Applicants should ensure that their qualifications are relevant to their intended course of study, as the university has specified these Direct Entry requirements for Medicine and Surgery and Nursing Science only.
