Medicine and Surgery (MBBS) has the highest merit cut-off at 81.3%.
The merit cut-off for Nursing Science is 75.4%, while Doctor of Physiotherapy (DPT) has a merit cut-off of 73.3%.
Biochemistry has a merit cut-off of 50.3%. Microbiology and Biotechnology & Molecular Biology both have a merit cut-off of 50.0%, which is also the stated minimum screening aggregate for admission consideration.

FUHSI Screening Aggregate Formula
The screening calculation consists of two components: the UTME component and the O’Level component.
UTME Component
The UTME score contributes 70% of the total screening aggregate.

JAMB Grade Point = (UTME Score / 400) × 70
To calculate the UTME component, the candidate’s UTME score is divided by the maximum score of 400 and multiplied by 70.
O’Level Component

(24 / 40) × 30 = 18.00
The candidate’s O’Level component is 18.00.

FUHSI Minimum Admission Consideration
Only candidates who have a minimum screening aggregate of 50.0% and verified O’Level results uploaded on the JAMB portal are eligible for admission consideration.
However, the 50.0% minimum does not replace the departmental cut-off marks for programmes with higher requirements.
The applicable programme and admission category score will remain part of the admission ranking.
