About the Role:
Catering to Africans In Need (CAIN) is seeking a passionate and experienced Program Manager to lead and scale our initiatives. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in nonprofit leadership and a proven ability to design, manage, and grow impactful programs—particularly in the education and social impact sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and oversee program design, implementation, and evaluation

• Drive fundraising efforts including grant writing, donor engagement, and corporate sponsorships

• Ensure regulatory compliance and adherence to nonprofit governance standards

• Manage program budgets of ₦250,000+ and oversee accurate donor reporting

• Cultivate relationships with stakeholders, partners, and community leaders

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Social Sciences, Nonprofit Management, Business, or a related field

• 3–5 years of experience in program management or a similar role within the nonprofit sector

• Proven success in raising $200,000+ through diverse fundraising channels

• Strong knowledge of nonprofit compliance, financial management, and reporting

• Demonstrated ability to manage multi-year funding and deliver high-impact educational programs
