This role will own content performance across social media, email, and website, ensuring every asset drives engagement, conversions, and brand growth.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead the content team and strategy across social, email, and web

Write and oversee sales-focused content for ads, landing pages, campaigns, and more

Use performance KPIs (CTR, ROAS, engagement, etc.) to optimize creative direction and outcomes
Ideal Candidate:

3+ years’ experience in content or editorial leadership (preferably within e-commerce)

Proven copywriting and editorial skills with a strong portfolio of high-performing content

Experience leading content teams and managing creative workflows

Skilled in tools like Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, Shopify, and Klaviyo

Self-starter who is highly organized, data-driven, and goal-oriented
Bonus:

Experience with beauty products, UGC strategy, or high-ROI content execution
