Role Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Sales Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, building lasting client relationships, and offering tailored insurance solutions that meet client needs.

Key Responsibilities
Identify, research, and develop new business leads
Create and implement effective sales strategies to meet set targets
Engage with prospective and existing clients via calls, emails, and in-person meetings
Understand client requirements and provide appropriate insurance solutions
Prepare and submit sales proposals and documents when required
Address customer enquiries and objections professionally
Support clients through the claims process to ensure a seamless experience
Maintain strong relationships through excellent service and regular follow-up

Qualifications and Requirements
Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree or Higher National Diploma (BSc/HND) in a relevant field
Proven ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent presentation, negotiation, and persuasion abilities
Target-driven with a customer-focused mindset
