About the Programme:
The Young Talents’ Programme (YTP) by Lagos Business School (LBS) is a prestigious two-day career development initiative designed to empower the next generation of leaders, entrepreneurs, and professionals. Taking place from July 2–3, 2025, the programme offers participants exclusive access to insights on productivity, leadership, business strategy, and entrepreneurship—delivered by world-class LBS faculty and industry leaders.
This initiative also serves as a gateway to the LBS Management Scholarship Academy and provides a solid foundation for candidates aspiring to pursue advanced degrees, including doctoral studies.
Eligibility Criteria:
To be eligible for the LBS Graduate Programme, applicants must:
Hold a First Class or Second Class Upper degree (or equivalent qualification)
Be under the age of 30 at the time of application
(Optional) Have completed or be enrolled in a master’s degree programme
Note: Previous participants of the Young Talents’ Programme are not eligible
