KyDAL Office Point (KOP) is seeking a strategic and experienced Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to oversee the financial health and compliance framework of our organization. The ideal candidate will bring leadership, integrity, and a proactive approach to financial management.

Key Responsibilities:
Ensure full compliance with tax regulations, financial reporting standards, and all relevant statutory requirements.

Identify potential financial risks and spearhead effective risk mitigation strategies.

Provide regular financial and compliance updates to the Head of School and the Board.

Lead, develop, and mentor the Finance and Accounts team to achieve operational excellence.

Encourage interdepartmental collaboration with units such as School Café, Facilities, and Resources.

Build and sustain a high-performance finance culture rooted in transparency, accountability, and shared values.
