We’re looking for a smart, confident, and well-presented Sales Representative to join our team in Port Harcourt. If you have strong customer service skills, a keen fashion sense, and the ability to engage clients professionally, we’d love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities
Attend to walk-in customers with professionalism and courtesy
Manage inventory, maintain accurate sales records, and track stock levels
Process, pack, and label customer orders accurately for timely dispatch
Resolve delivery issues promptly to ensure successful order fulfillment
Handle inquiries and complaints efficiently
Collect customer feedback and suggest improvements to management
Drive sales through strong customer engagement and upselling

Requirements
Minimum OND/HND (must be a graduate)
Willing to commit for at least one year (no students)
Prior experience in retail or customer service preferred
Friendly, confident, smart, and articulate
Excellent fashion sense and strong personal presentation
Punctual, organized, and trustworthy
Strong communication and reporting skills
Must be available to start immediately
