Program Overview
The Graduate Trainee Program is designed for motivated, analytical, and technically inclined graduates looking to build a strong foundation in engineering and project execution. Trainees will gain exposure to real-world projects, learning from experienced professionals and contributing to key operational tasks.Qualifications & Requirements
Bachelor’s degree from a reputable university with a First Class in one of the following engineering disciplines:Civil Engineering
Mechanical Engineering
Electrical Engineering
Completion of NYSC with a valid certificate or exemption letter.
0–2 years post-graduation experience.
