Graduate Trainee Opportunities

We are inviting applications from talented and passionate graduates to join our 2025 Graduate Trainee Programme in the following areas:

• Production Engineering

• Sales Engineering

• Design Engineering

This is an 18-month structured program designed to equip you with hands-on experience, professional mentoring, and cross-functional training that prepares you for a long-term career in engineering and manufacturing.

Eligibility Requirements

• A B.Sc., B.Eng, HND, or equivalent in:

  • Mechanical Engineering

  • Electrical & Electronics Engineering

  • Chemical Engineering

  • Metallurgical & Materials Science

  • Or related disciplines

• 30 years or younger

• Not more than 2 years post-NYSC experience

• Excellent communication and analytical skills

• Willingness to learn and adapt in a technical environment

Special Advantage

Applicants with proficiency in CAD software such as SolidWorks, Fusion 360, or AutoCAD will have a competitive edge—especially for Design Engineering roles. Shortlisted candidates may undergo a practical CAD test.
