Federal Poly Oko Admission Forms 2026/2027 ND/ ND Part-Time/ HND/ HND Part-Time Programmes; Federal Polytechnic, Oko has announced the sale of admission forms for its National Diploma (ND) Full-Time, National Diploma (ND) Part-Time, Higher National Diploma (HND) Full-Time, and Higher National Diploma (HND) Part-Time programmes for the 2026/2027 academic session.
Prospective students can now apply through the Polytechnic’s admission portal, provided they meet the relevant entry requirements for their preferred programme.
Federal Polytechnic Oko ND Full-Time Admission Requirements
Candidates seeking admission into the full-time National Diploma programmes must meet the following requirements:
- Score at least 100 in the 2026 UTME
- Possess a minimum of five O’Level credits in WAEC, NECO or NABTEB
- Include English Language and Mathematics among the required credits
- Obtain the required credits in not more than two sittings
Candidates who satisfy these conditions can proceed with the online Post-UTME application.

ND Part-Time Admission Requirements
Federal Polytechnic Oko also offers National Diploma Part-Time programmes for candidates who prefer evening or weekend studies.
Applicants must possess:
- Five O’Level credits in WAEC, NECO or NABTEB
- Credit passes in English Language and Mathematics
- Results obtained in not more than two sittings
Candidates should ensure their O’Level subjects meet the requirements for their chosen course.
Duration of ND Part-Time Programmes
The ND Part-Time programmes run for three years under evening and weekend study schedules.
ND Part-Time Courses
The available courses are the same as those offered under the full-time ND programme.
HND Full-Time Admission Requirements
Applications are also open for admission into the full-time Higher National Diploma programmes.
General Requirements
Applicants must:
- Possess a National Diploma (ND) in a relevant discipline
- Hold at least a Lower Credit in the ND programme
- Have graduated from Federal Polytechnic Oko or another NBTE-accredited institution
- Possess at least one year of relevant post-ND industrial experience
Candidates with a Pass grade (CGPA 2.00 – 2.49) may be considered if they have at least two years of relevant industrial experience.
The proposed HND programme must be related to the candidate’s ND qualification.
Duration of HND Full-Time Programmes
The HND Full-Time programmes run for two years.
HND Part-Time Admission Requirements
The Polytechnic has also opened admissions into its HND Part-Time programmes for candidates who prefer evening or weekend study options.
Applicants must:
- Possess a National Diploma in a relevant field
- Meet the basic ND admission requirements for the intended HND programme
- Have obtained the ND from Federal Polytechnic Oko or another NBTE-accredited institution
The HND programme selected must be related to the applicant’s ND qualification.
