ABUTH College of Nursing ND Post UTME Screening Exercise for 2026/2027 Admission; Ahmadu Bello University Teaching Hospital (ABUTH), Zaria, has announced the Post UTME screening exercise for candidates seeking admission into the National Diploma (ND) Nursing programme of the College of Nursing Science for the 2026/2027 academic session.

The screening exercise will be conducted through a Computer-Based Test (CBT), and all eligible candidates are required to attend with the necessary documents and proof of payment.

ABUTH ND Nursing Post UTME Screening Date, Venue and Time

The Post UTME screening exercise has been scheduled as follows:

  • Date: Saturday, 25 July 2026
  • Time: 8:30 a.m.
  • Venue: CBT Centre, opposite the Gymnasium, Ahmadu Bello University (ABU) Main Campus, Zaria

The notice applies to candidates who have already applied for admission through the ABUTH admission application portal.

Eligibility for ABUTH ND Nursing Post UTME

To participate in the screening exercise, candidates must meet the following requirements:

  • Have sat for the 2026 Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination (UTME).
  • Score 150 or above in the 2026 UTME.
  • Choose the ABUTH College of Nursing Science as their first-choice institution.

O’Level Requirements

Applicants must possess at least five credit passes in the Senior Secondary School Certificate Examination (SSCE) obtained in not more than two sittings.

The required subjects are:

  • English Language
  • Mathematics
  • Biology
  • Chemistry
  • Physics

Candidates must have credit passes in all the listed subjects to be eligible for the Nursing Science programme.

Age Requirement

Applicants must be at least 16 years old on or before 30 October 2026.

Candidates are advised to confirm that they meet the age requirement before attending the screening exercise.

ABUTH Post UTME CBT Registration Fee

Candidates are required to pay a Computer-Based Test (CBT) registration fee of ₦2,500 only.

This amount does not include Remita charges, NIP transfer charges, bank charges or any other related transaction fees.

How to Pay the CBT Registration Fee

Payment should be made through the Remita platform by following these steps:

  1. Select “Pay TSA.”
  2. Choose “FGN – Federal Government of Nigeria.”
  3. Select “Ahmadu Bello University Teaching Hospital” as the payee.
  4. Under “Name of Service/Purpose of Payment,” select “Student Service Charge.”
  5. Enter the amount of ₦2,500, excluding Remita, NIP transfer and other applicable charges.
  6. Enter the candidate’s details under the payee information section.
  7. Submit the payment and complete the transaction.

Candidates should keep the Remita Retrieval Receipt after making payment, as it will be required during the screening exercise.

Documents Required for the CBT Screening

Candidates must come to the screening venue with the following documents:

  • Original JAMB result slip.
  • A valid means of identification.
  • Remita Retrieval Receipt showing payment of the CBT registration fee.

Applicants should ensure that all required documents are available before the screening date.

Important Notice

Any candidate who fails to attend the Computer-Based Test (CBT) will not be considered for admission into the College of Nursing Science.

Participation in the screening exercise is compulsory for all eligible applicants.
