
College of Nursing Sciences FMC Nguru Post UTME Form for ND/HND Nursing Admission 2026/2027; The College of Nursing Sciences, Federal Medical Centre (FMC), Nguru, has commenced the sale of its Post UTME application form for the 2026/2027 academic session.
The admission exercise is for qualified candidates seeking admission into the National Diploma (ND) and Higher National Diploma (HND) Nursing programmes offered by the college.
Eligibility for FMC Nguru ND/HND Nursing Admission
Candidates who wish to apply for admission into the ND/HND Nursing programmes must meet the institution’s requirements regarding UTME, JAMB choice, O’Level qualifications, and age.
The admission exercise is strictly for the 2026/2027 academic session.
FMC Nguru Post UTME Application Fee
The application fee for the Post UTME screening exercise is ₦5,000 only.
The fee is non-refundable and must be paid through the Remita payment platform as directed by the college.
Application Portal Opening and Closing Dates
The online application portal officially opened on 6 July 2026.
Interested candidates are expected to complete and submit their applications on or before 9 September 2026, as the portal will close on that date.
UTME Requirement
Applicants must have participated in the 2026 Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination (UTME) and obtained a minimum score of 150.
This is the minimum UTME score required to qualify for the Post UTME screening exercise.
JAMB First Choice Requirement
Candidates must have selected the College of Nursing Sciences, Federal Medical Centre, Nguru as their first-choice institution during the 2026 UTME registration.
Applicants who initially selected another institution must complete a Change of Institution through the JAMB portal and make the College of Nursing Sciences, FMC Nguru, their first choice before submitting their application.
JAMB CAPS Requirement
Applicants are required to upload their SSCE results to the JAMB CAPS portal.
Failure to upload the required results may affect the processing of the application for the screening exercise.
O’Level Requirements
Candidates must possess five credit passes in the following subjects:
- English Language
- Mathematics
- Biology
- Chemistry
- Physics
The acceptable combinations of examination results are as follows:
- WAEC and NECO: Five required credits obtained in not more than two sittings.
- NABTEB or NBAIS: Five required credits obtained in one sitting only.
Age Requirement
Applicants must be at least 16 years old.
Candidates who are not yet 16 years of age are still eligible provided they will attain the age of 16 years on or before 30 September 2026.

Print Your Acknowledgement Slip
