LASUTH School of Paramedics Technology Admission Form for 2026/2027 Academic Session; The Lagos State University Teaching Hospital (LASUTH), Ikeja, has announced the commencement of admissions into its School of Paramedics Technology for the 2026/2027 academic session.

The programme is a two-year full-time course accredited by the National Board for Technical Education (NBTE). Successful candidates who complete the programme will be awarded a National Diploma (ND) in Paramedics Technology.

About the LASUTH School of Paramedics Technology Admission

Applications are invited from suitably qualified candidates seeking admission into the School of Paramedics Technology at Lagos State University Teaching Hospital (LASUTH), Ikeja.

The programme is designed to equip students with the knowledge and practical skills required to become certified Paramedics Technicians.

NBTE Accreditation

The School of Paramedics Technology programme is fully accredited by the National Board for Technical Education (NBTE).

The accreditation covers the two-year full-time National Diploma programme offered by LASUTH.

Eligibility Requirements

Applicants must satisfy the O’Level, JAMB UTME, age, and physical fitness requirements before obtaining the application form.

To be eligible, candidates must:

• Possess five O’Level credit passes.
• Have credit passes in English Language and Mathematics.
• Have credit passes in Biology, Chemistry, and Physics.
• Present O’Level results obtained in not more than two sittings.
• Score at least 150 in the JAMB UTME.
• Be between 18 and 30 years of age.
• Be physically fit and agile.

O’Level Requirements

Applicants must possess five credit passes in the following subjects:

• English Language
• Mathematics
• Biology
• Chemistry
• Physics

The required O’Level credits must be obtained in not more than two sittings.

JAMB UTME Requirement

Candidates must have scored a minimum of 150 in the JAMB Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination (UTME).

Applicants who meet the required UTME score should also ensure they satisfy the O’Level, age, and physical fitness requirements before obtaining the application form.

Age and Physical Fitness Requirement

Applicants must be between 18 and 30 years old.

In addition, candidates must be physically fit and agile, as stated in the admission requirements.

Programme Duration

The School of Paramedics Technology programme runs for two years on a full-time basis.

Upon successful completion of the programme, graduates will be awarded a National Diploma (ND) in Paramedics Technology.

Required Documents

Screening Process

LASUTH will conduct a Computer Based Test (CBT) as part of the admission process.

The CBT will take place at the Lagos State University Teaching Hospital (LASUTH).

Candidates who successfully pass the CBT will be invited for an oral interview.

Oral Interview

Applicants who qualify after the Computer Based Test will be required to present the original copies of their relevant certificates during the oral interview.

While photocopies of credentials will be submitted with the application form, the original documents will be verified during the interview stage.
