- A National Diploma in the relevant field from a recognised polytechnic or monotechnic
- At least five O’Level credit passes, including English Language and Mathematics
- O’Level results from WAEC, NECO, or NABTEB obtained in not more than two sittings
- One or two years of post-ND industrial training or work experience
