- A National Diploma in a related discipline from a recognised polytechnic or monotechnic
- At least five O’Level credit passes including English Language and Mathematics
- O’Level results from WAEC, NECO, or NABTEB obtained in not more than two sittings
- One to two years of industrial training experience after completing the National Diploma programme
