UITH Post UTME Form for ND/HND Nursing Admission 2026/2027. University of Ilorin Teaching Hospital (UITH) has commenced applications for admission into its College of Nursing Sciences ND/HND Nursing programme for the 2026/2027 academic session.
The programme runs for four (4) years and is structured as a non-terminal nursing programme, meaning graduates proceed through both ND and HND phases to qualify professionally.
UITH ND/HND Nursing Admission Requirements
Applicants must meet all entry conditions before proceeding with registration. These requirements cut across JAMB performance, O’Level results, age, and personal conduct.
JAMB Requirements
Candidates must:
- Sit for the 2026 JAMB UTME
- Score at least 180
Required UTME Subject Combination:
- English Language
- Biology
- Chemistry
- Physics
First Choice Requirement
Applicants must select:
- College of Nursing Sciences, UITH, Ilorin as first choice
Candidates who did not initially choose UITH must complete a Change of Institution at any JAMB-accredited centre before applying.
O’Level Requirements
Candidates must have five (5) credit passes in:
- English Language
- Mathematics
- Physics
- Chemistry
- Biology
Additional conditions:
- Results must be obtained in not more than two sittings
- NABTEB is accepted, but cannot be combined with other O’Level results
Age and Conduct Requirements
Applicants must:
- Be at least 16 years old
- Have no criminal record
- Have no deformity of the hands
These conditions are part of the professional and clinical requirements of the programme.
Documents Required for Application
Candidates must upload scanned copies during registration and present hard copies at the screening venue.
Required documents include:
- JAMB result slip
- JAMB change of institution slip
- Original O’Level certificate
- Birth certificate (National Population Commission)
- Printed application form
- Passport photograph
- Remita payment receipt
Important: All names and details must match across documents and the application form.
UITH ND/HND Nursing Application Fee
The total cost of application is:
- ₦10,000 (Remita only)
Fee Breakdown:
- Post UTME fee: ₦2,000
- Screening/Interview fee: ₦7,000
- Administrative charges: ₦1,000
Total: ₦10,000
Cash payments and transfers to personal accounts are not allowed.
How to Pay Through Remita
Follow the steps below carefully:
- Visit the Remita payment portal
- Click “Pay FGN and State TSA”
- Select FGN: Federal Government of Nigeria
- Enter University of Ilorin Teaching Hospital under “Who do you want to pay?”
- Choose UITH General Purpose as the service/purpose
- Fill in required details and complete payment
After payment:
- Keep your Remita Retrieval Reference (RRR)
- Submit your receipt to the Bursary Unit for verification
How to Apply for UITH ND/HND Nursing Post UTME
After successful payment:
- Visit the application portal
- Complete your online registration

Candidates must use their RRR to access and complete the form.
Online Registration Process (After Payment)
- Click “Apply Now” on the portal
- Enter a valid personal email address
- Check your email for a confirmation link
- Open the link (from noreply@uithilorin) in the same browser
- Fill and submit the SPBN application form
- Select your preferred school from the dropdown
Sponsor & Referee Upload Requirements
Applicants must upload:
- Sponsor’s signature (JPEG, PNG, or JPG format)
- Three referees’ letters (typed, scanned, on letter-headed paper)
All uploads must follow the specified format requirements.
Final Submission & Printout
After completing the form:
- Submit your application
- Wait for automatic redirection (within 2 seconds)
- Print or download your completed form
If the print page does not appear, your submission was not successful—you must refill and resubmit.
