Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible, applicants must:
- Hold (or be close to completing) a Master’s degree in a related field (within 3 months of starting).
- Demonstrate strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Show a willingness to conduct fieldwork under variable and sometimes rigorous outdoor conditions.
- Possess a valid driver’s license.
Preference will be given to candidates who:
- Have experience in vegetation monitoring, livestock handling, agricultural technologies, or geographic mapping (ArcGIS/onX).
- Have a background in rural/agricultural operations, ranching, or field research.
- Have published research, written grants, or presented at conferences.
- Can operate ATV/UTV/4WD vehicles and tow trailers.
