FULAFIA Announces Deadline for Payment of School Fees and Examination Card Collection; The Federal University of Lafia (FULAFIA) has announced the deadline for the payment of school fees and other prescribed charges for the second semester of the 2025/2026 academic session.
According to the university, all undergraduate students must complete the required payments on or before Friday, 24 July 2026. Students are also expected to obtain their examination cards on or before the end of July 2026.
The directive was contained in an internal memorandum issued by the Academic Affairs Division on 15 July 2026.
FULAFIA School Fees Payment Deadline
The university has fixed Friday, 24 July 2026, as the deadline for the payment of school fees and all other prescribed charges.
Every undergraduate student is required to complete the payment before the deadline. The directive applies to school fees as well as all other charges prescribed by the university for the semester.
Students are advised to make their payments early to avoid last-minute delays and to ensure they meet the examination card collection deadline.
Deadline for Examination Card Collection
All undergraduate students must obtain their examination cards on or before the end of July 2026.
Since examination cards can only be processed after the required payments have been confirmed, students are encouraged to complete their fee payments well ahead of time.
The directive applies to all undergraduate students of the university.
Instructions for NELFUND Beneficiaries
Students benefiting from the Nigerian Education Loan Fund (NELFUND) are also required to pay all prescribed fees and obtain their examination cards within the stated period.
The university explained that this requirement is necessary to enable the Bursary Department to process NELFUND refunds.
Beneficiaries should therefore complete the payment and examination card requirements first instead of waiting for the refund process to be completed.
The same payment deadline of Friday, 24 July 2026, applies to NELFUND beneficiaries.
Why NELFUND Beneficiaries Must Make the Payments
According to the memorandum, payment of the prescribed fees and collection of examination cards will allow the Bursary Department to process refunds for students under the NELFUND scheme.
Students who are beneficiaries are advised to keep all payment receipts and other relevant records after completing the payment process, as these may be required during the refund process.
Requirements for All Undergraduate Students
Every undergraduate student is expected to complete the following:
- Pay school fees and all prescribed charges on or before Friday, 24 July 2026.
- Obtain the examination card on or before the end of July 2026.
- Keep all payment records for clearance and verification purposes.
- NELFUND beneficiaries should also complete the payment process to enable the Bursary Department to process their refunds.
Who Issued the Directive?
The payment directive was contained in an internal memorandum issued by the Academic Affairs Division on 15 July 2026.
