UNIPORT Admission List for 2025/2026 Available on JAMB CAPS. The University of Port Harcourt (UNIPORT) has released its Provisional Admission List for the 2025/2026 academic session. All candidates who participated in the admission screening exercise are advised to check their admission status on the Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board (JAMB) Central Admission Processing System (CAPS).
How to Check UNIPORT Admission Status on JAMB CAPS
- Visit JAMB CAPS Portal.
- Log in with your registered email address and password.
- Click on “Check Admission Status”.
- Select “Access my CAPS”.
- Click on “Admission Status” to view your result.
- If admitted, your photo and a congratulatory message will appear.
- If not yet admitted, the system will display: “Sorry, No Admission Has Been Given Yet.”
Accepting or Rejecting Admission
- Candidates offered admission must either Accept or Reject the offer.
- This can be done by sending ACCEPT or REJECT via SMS to 55019 or 66019, using the phone number linked to their JAMB profile.
- Those without access to their registered phone numbers should visit a JAMB-accredited centre to complete the process.
- Admission offers must be accepted within four (4) weeks.
Important Next Steps
Go to browser settings and select “Request Desktop Site.”
After accepting the admission, candidates should print their JAMB Admission Letter, as it will be required during clearance and registration at UNIPORT.
