2025 Fully Funded Fellowship at University of Manitoba Canada; The University of Manitoba Graduate Fellowship (UMGF) is awarded to outstanding full-time Master’s and PhD students to recognize and support academic excellence. These fellowships are designed for students who have demonstrated superior intellectual ability and strong academic achievement.
Eligibility
Applicants must:
- Be admitted to a full-time Master’s or PhD program at the University of Manitoba.
- Have a minimum admission GPA of 3.0 (note: some departments may require higher).
- Demonstrate research potential and academic excellence.
- Maintain full-time registration and satisfactory progress in their program.
- Not hold another award of equal or greater value during the fellowship period.
Fellowship Value
- Master’s Students: $20,000 per year for 12–24 months (up to $40,000 maximum).
- PhD Students: $25,000 per year for up to 48 months (up to $100,000 maximum).
- Awards may be renewable, depending on program stage and academic progress.
