Admission Requirements and Procedures
Step 1: Check Eligibility
Log on to https://pg.arthurjarvisuniversity.edu.ng/ to view the detailed eligibility criteria for each programme.
Step 2: Payment for Application Form
Make a payment of ₦35,000 for the admission form at United Bank for Africa (UBA) with the following details:

Step 3: Prepare Required Documents
Applicants are required to prepare the following:
- Concept Note (for M.Sc. and Ph.D candidates only)
- Statement of Purpose
- Other relevant academic documents
Step 4: Complete the Online Application
Log in to the official portal https://pg.arthurjarvisuniversity.edu.ng/, fill in the application form, and upload all required documents.
Step 5: Screening Exercise
All applicants are to attend the screening exercise and, where applicable, the presentation of the Concept Note on:
Date: Monday, 15th September 2025
Step 6: Shortlisting
Successful candidates will be contacted by the Postgraduate School after the screening exercise.
Note: The presentation of concept notes and oral examination are strictly for M.Sc. and Ph.D candidates.
