Federal Polytechnic Offa Post-UTME Screening 2025/2026; The management of the Federal Polytechnic Offa (Offa Poly) invites all eligible candidates to participate in the online screening exercise for admission into the National Diploma (ND) Full-Time programmes for the 2025/2026 Academic Session.

Eligibility Criteria

All prospective candidates must meet the following requirements:

First Choice Candidates: Candidates who chose Federal Polytechnic Offa as their first (1st) choice of institution in the 2025/2026 UTME are eligible to apply.
Change of Institution: Candidates who wish to choose Federal Polytechnic Offa as their first choice must first do a Change of Institution on the JAMB Portal.
Cut-Off Mark: The minimum UTME score approved by JAMB for polytechnics is 100. Candidates must have scored at least this mark.
O’Level Requirements: Candidates must have five (5) relevant O’level credit passes (as stated in the JAMB Brochure) obtained at not more than two (2) sittings.
Upload of O’Level Results: Candidates must have uploaded their O’level results on JAMB CAPS through a certified CBT centre.
Awaiting Results: Candidates awaiting O’level results can apply, but they must upload their results on JAMB CAPS before the end of admission to be considered.

Registration Procedure for the Online Screening

Eligible candidates are required to follow the steps below for the screening exercise:

Visit the Polytechnic Portal: https://portal.fedpoffaonline.edu.ng/pre-admission.php
Payment of Screening Fee: Pay a non-refundable fee of ₦2,000 (Two Thousand Naira only) online using an ATM card (Interswitch compatible).
Complete the Security Form: Fill in your personal details accurately.
Upload Credentials: Upload your UTME result, O’level results, and other necessary credentials.
Print Documents: Print out both the Security Form and the Post-Screening Slip.
Submit in Person: Submit the printed Security Form personally at the Security Office, Main Campus of the Polytechnic, along Ojoku Road, Offa, Kwara State.
Correct Name Format: Candidates must write their full name (surname first) exactly as it appears on their JAMB Result Slip and O’level certificates.
Active Email Address: Candidates must use a personal active email address for correspondence.

Duration of the Screening Exercise

The online screening exercise will last for four (4) weeks from the date of this advertisement.

Failure to comply with all the stated procedures or providing false information will result in disqualification and forfeiture of admission at any stage if discovered.
