Admission Requirements
To be eligible for admission, applicants must have:
- Five (5) O’Level credit passes, including English Language and Mathematics, in relevant subjects.
- UTME score requirements vary by course as follows:
- Medicine & Surgery: 200
- Nursing Sciences: 180
- Law: 200
- Architecture & Computer Science: 160
- Education courses: 130
- All other programmes: 150
Note: If you did not select GOUNI as your first-choice institution in JAMB, you must do a Change of Institution on the JAMB portal before proceeding with your application.
Once admitted, ensure you print your JAMB Admission Letter to complete your registration.
Application Options – Choose Your Path
GOUNI accepts applications through multiple entry routes:
- UTME: Standard admission route with a valid JAMB score
- Direct Entry: For applicants with a JAMB Direct Entry form and A-level qualifications
- JUPEB: Applicants with a JUPEB certificate and strong O’Level results
- Postgraduate: For those who already hold a first degree and want another undergraduate programme
All applications must be submitted online through the official GOUNI admission portal. Make sure to use a valid email address, as admission decisions are sent within three working days.
Tuition Payment Guide
- For Medicine, Nursing, and Law: Do not pay tuition until you receive a confirmation email from the Admissions Officer.
- For all other courses: You may proceed with tuition payment after receiving your admission offer.
