Entry Requirements
General Requirements
- Five “O” level credits, including English, Mathematics, Chemistry, Physics, and Biology, in not more than two sittings.
- Water Resources Management requires a credit in Geography.
UTME Candidates
- A minimum UTME score of 180 for Agricultural Science courses and 200 for Natural Sciences courses.
- Entrepreneurial Studies: Five credits, including English, Mathematics, Economics, and two other social sciences (e.g., Government, Financial Accounting, Commerce, or Geography).
Direct Entry Candidates
- OND or HND certificates from recognised institutions are required.
- Submission of official transcripts is mandatory.
Programme Details
- Non-residential: Weekend lectures held on the main campus.
- Duration:
- Agricultural courses: Six sessions.
- Natural sciences courses: Five sessions.
Application Process
- Visit: FUNAAB official website and click on the Part-Time Degree Portal.
- Invoice Generation: Generate and print an invoice with your reference number.
- Payment: Pay ₦15,000 at any listed bank using the reference number.
- Form Completion: Fill out the application on the Part-Time Degree Portal.
- Submission: Ensure all details, including photo and results, are correct before submission.
Screening Details
- The screening date will be communicated to applicants via the admission portal.
- Direct Entry candidates are exempt from the screening exercise.
