NIPES Scholarship Programme for Undergraduates 2025; The NIPES scholarship aims to promote science and engineering education by providing financial support to students pursuing careers in these fields.

₦1,000,000 (₦200,000 for each of the five recipients)

Scholarship Details

  • Purpose: To support students studying engineering and science-related courses.
  • The scholarship encourages participation in NIPES courses to enhance learning and skills development.

Eligibility Criteria

HAVE YOU USED OUR JAMB TOOL YET? IT PROVIDES YOUR JAMB COMBINATION FOR FREE

Applicants must meet the following conditions:

  1. Be enrolled in an accredited higher institution.
  2. Be studying a science or engineering-related course.
  3. Be in 100-level or above.
  4. Complete at least one free NIPES online course and describe the skills learned in the personal statement.

Selection Criteria

Applicants will be evaluated based on:

  • NIPES student membership status.
  • Quality and content of the personal statement.
  • Passion for engineering or science.
  • Completion of a NIPES course and explanation of learned skills.
  • Alignment with NIPES’ values and mission.

Application Steps

PRACTICE PAST QUESTIONS HERE (JAMB, WAEC, NECO, POST-UTME)

  1. Register as a NIPES student member on the  NIPES membership page.
  2. Complete a free NIPES online course of your choice on the NIPES courses page.
  3. Submit your personal statement (500–750 words) explaining:
    • Skills learned from the course.
    • How the skills apply to your goals.
  4. Include proof of enrollment, student ID, and your NIPES membership number (if applicable) on the scholarship application page.
