2.0 Admission Requirements
- Ordinary Level Credits:
- Five (5) O-Level credits including English Language.
- For Medicine/Dentistry/Nursing/Pharmacology, Agricultural Science, Science, Education, Social Sciences, Management Sciences, and Engineering, a credit pass in Mathematics is compulsory.
- Qualifying Examination:
- Students who meet the admission requirements will be invited for a written qualifying examination.
- Required items for the examination:
- National Identification Number (NIN) Slip
- Birth Certificate
- O’ Level Result
- One Passport Photograph
- Matching names on NIN, Birth Certificate, and O’ Level Result
- Awaiting results are not accepted
- Acceptance Fee:
- Successful candidates must pay a non-refundable acceptance fee of Thirty Thousand Naira (N30,000.00).

3.0 Criteria for Transiting to 200 Level
- Performance-Based Allocation:
- Students will sit for the JUPEB Examination at the end of the course to transition to 200 Level in JUPEB Affiliated Universities.
- Successful candidates must purchase the Direct Entry JAMB form.
- Students who fail may repeat the program but must pay all fees.
- No refund of school fees for voluntary withdrawal.
4.0 Method of Application
Online Payment:
Applicants are required to make a non-refundable payment of Thirty Thousand Naira (N30,000.00) via LASU Foundation Website.
5.0 Closing Date
The closing date for the application is Friday, 13th September 2024.
6.0 Qualifying Examination
