2024/2025 Admission for College of Nursing Sciences National Orthopaedic Hospital Enugu: The general public is hereby informed that applications are invited from suitably qualified candidates for admission into the College of Nursing Sciences, National Orthopaedic Hospital, Enugu, for the following programmes:

Admission Requirements
- Age: Candidates must be 16 years and above at the time of application.
- O’ Level Requirements: Candidates must have O’ Level Credit passes in English, Mathematics, Biology, Chemistry, and Physics from WAEC, NECO, GCE (not more than two sittings), or at one sitting from NABTEB.
- Additional Documents:
- Birth Certificate/Declaration of Age (Not Baptismal Card)
- Testimonial from the last school attended
- Marriage Certificate (if married)
- Two (2) recent passport photographs
- Mode of Identification (NIN, PVC, Driver’s License, International Passport)
- Basic Nursing Certificate/Licenses (for Post Basic Nursing applicants only)
- Original and photocopies of all relevant documents (to be presented during the interview)
How to Apply
- Payment:
- Pay the sum of ₦22,500 (cost of admission form and examination fee) via Remita in favor of National Orthopaedic Hospital, Enugu.
- To generate Remita:
- Visit Remita
- Select “Pay a Biller”
- Type “National Orthopaedic Hospital Enugu” under “Who to Pay”
- Select “POS Collections” under “Service/Purpose”
- Complete the form and click submit
- Use any Remita channel to pay (approach ICT staff at the ICT Lab for assistance if needed)
- Confirmation and Application Form:
- Proceed to the office of the Registrar to confirm your payment via Remita.
- Change your confirmed Remita receipt to NOHE receipt.
- Collect your application form.
- Data Processing:
- Take your filled form to the ICT Lab for data processing of your application.

Examination Method
- The examination will be conducted via CBT on Mathematics, English, Physics, Chemistry, and Biology.
