EBSU Releases 2023/2024 JUPEB Admission Form; The Ebonyi State University, Abakaliki, is pleased to announce the commencement of the sale of forms for the JUPEB programme for the 2023/2024 academic session in the institution. Applications are invited from suitably qualified members of the public for admission into the programme.

EBSU Releases 2023/2024 JUPEB Admission Form

The JUPEB programme leads to the award of a JUPEB certificate, enabling candidates to gain direct entry admission into Ebonyi State University without taking the JAMB Examination. Successful candidates are placed into their dream departments at the 200 level.

It serves as the best alternative route to gaining admission into universities in Nigeria without going through the JAMB Examination.

Humanities:

1. Government/Literature/CRS
2. History/CRS/Literature
3. French/Igbo/History, etc

Social Sciences:

1. Biology/Government/CRS
2. Government/Economics/Literature
3. Maths/Economics/Government, etc

Management Sciences:

1. Business Studies/Economics/Accounting
2. Accounting Maths/Business, etc.

Sciences:

1. Biology/Chemistry/Physics
2. Maths/Chemistry/Physics
3. Agric. Sc/Biology/Chemistry, etc.

Duration of the Academic Programme:

The academic programme’s duration is a minimum of one academic session, comprising two semesters.

Entry Qualification:

The basic qualification for enrollment into the JUPEB programme is a minimum of five (5) O’level credit passes, including English Language and Mathematics, in SSCE, NECO, GCE, or NABTEB.

Method of Application:

Interested candidates are required to visit http://www.ebsu.edu.ng to purchase the application forms at a cost of Ten Thousand Naira (N10,000), which is non-refundable. Follow the instructions below for the purchase and filling of forms:

1. Visit the portal http://ebsu.edu.ng
2. Select “Online Application.”
3. Choose “JUPEB Application Form.”
4. Enter your phone number.
5. From the displayed page, select “Proceed to Generate Invoice.”
6. Fill in your details and submit.
7. Proceed to any bank for payment.
8. Return to the portal, log in, fill out the form, and attach your most recent passport. Then submit.
9. Print out your acknowledgement slip.

Upon successful completion of the programme, candidates gain admission into various courses such as Medicine, Pharmacy, Law, Nursing, Medical Laboratory Science, Mass Communication, Engineering, etc.
